Okay, so you've been hearing about your health for years. But we both know there's more to staying healthy than just diet and exercise. So, here's how you're going to play it - smart and aggressive. It's your body, your game, your life. And you only get one shot.

Getting older doesn't mean taking yourself out of the lineup. But it does mean taking your health more seriously. That's what Tackling Men's Health (TMH) is all about. It provides stats, tips, and tools that can help you manage your health better.

Since you can't play without a plan, this playbook is a start - a snapshot of some of the most common men's health issues, a list of checkups that men should get, and some things you can do to focus on your health and stay at the top of your game.
